I can relate. I try to walk at least half a mile every day. It’s not much compared to some, but more than others. And it’s been doing me loads of good. I might not get my half mile every day, but when I do, I feel good about it.
And when I don’t, I blame the rain/cold/sore toes, and call it good. 🙂
Anyways, good for you! Do what you can, when you can.

A good attitude, though I’m trying to press the “when I can” part a little harder to shift the balance. 🙂
