EXCEPT…Casino Royale (the Daniel Craig version) WAS intricate, and it DID make sense. Spectre itself, the organization at the heart of the movie, MAKES NO SENSE. Oversimplification and desperate grabs at making an overall narrative, anyone? And what about that exploding place? Who set up the damn explosives??? (and where did they come from?)
Hey, I hear you. And you’re right, generally. Though the explosives has an answer, because they mention that the old building was slated for demolition already. So presumably, all Hans/Blofeld had to do was rig up a button to set it off early.
